I didn't set out to do this work. It found me slowly, then all at once. For as long as I can remember, I've picked up on the things people don't say out loud: the heaviness behind a smile, the energy shift when someone walks into a room, the grief tucked under a casual answer.

My own healing taught me the rest. Years of unlearning, rebuilding, and coming back to myself are what shaped how I sit with other people now. I'm not interested in performing spirituality. I'm interested in what's real, what helps you breathe deeper, trust yourself again, and stop shrinking.

I've been doing this work for over a decade. Readings, Reiki, retreats, late night messages from clients in the middle of a hard week. Every season looks a little different, but the heart of it is the same: holding space without judgment, and reflecting back what you already know but maybe haven't said yet.
